If you are unfamiliar with the gochugaru pepper, it is a mainstay of Korean cooking. 

We couple a generous amount of the imported pepper with other ingredients that underscore the fruity, piquant flavors of the Korean pepper, all while bolstering the flavor of the food. Both things happen beautifully - at once. 

The blend is best added before, during and after cooking, as the flavor profile of the blend changes meaningfully throughout. With extended cooking periods, the flavor mellows and molds its way into the ingredients. Spicing before serving brings back the trademark fruity warmth. 

Ingredients include; Korean Red Pepper (Gochugaru), Sea Salt, Granulated Garlic, Natural Hickory Smoke Powder, Chili Powder, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Cilantro.
