A re-imagined salt & pepper combo - flaky sea salt, black pepper (ground just before bottling), alderwood cold-smoked salt, herbs for a woody jab, and brown sugar to promote carmelization. It a tasteful whisper of onion and garlic, which we also grind in-house. For a finishing touch - a hint of citric acid. It's an acid that enlivens your food, similar to squeezing a lime wedge over tacos.

Flavor Profile
- At first, notes of woody citrus emerge from the smoked salt and black pepper. Meanwhile, the nutty and savory compounds of garlic and onion work in the background to keep the main flavors buoyant on the tongue.
- As the smokiness plateaus, momentary jabs of herb deliver tastefully unpredictable poignancy, adding mid-bite savoriness to the food.
- To finish, the critic acid starts to shine, bringing low-frequency punchy notes to emphasize the underlying food.
- Through it all, the salt penetrates into the food and brings forward its flavor. The black pepper tang is sustained, as various notes come-and-go to rotate flavor in-and-out. The blend highlights the underlying food and works together with the chemical compounds of the black pepper.
