Tres Chiles Blend

New Mexico, Ancho and Morita Chipotle chiles weave together and produce dark, fruity flavor. These smoke-bestowed aromas enhance the middle and base notes of the underlying ingredients. The three chiles are supported by select secondary ingredients that intentionally boost certain notes, and it's only enhanced by the application of heat. 

The blend carries an earthy mystery. Once infused into the dish, it delivers expansive flavors. It's rustic, rough cut appearance adds to "visual texture" - it helps make the dish look more artisan, more human.
